Return Policy

• We accept returns that were originally purchased at www.tulle4us.com.
• The merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached.
• Return  number must be requested using our online contact systems within 25 days from the original shipping date. The package MUST be dropped off and postmarked on or before the last return date. Otherwise, NO refund will be given. NO Exceptions.
• No return or exchange on Final Sale items
• If you find any problem with your order, you have 7 business days to claim. Haitian-porn.com is not responsible regarding any wrong shipments after 7 business days from receiving date.

Returns

For return request made within 25 days from original shipping date, all orders placed  will be charged a flat rate return shipping fee of $10.00 . There will be no return shipping fee if you use your own shipping method . Prior contact to us is still required for all returns and exchanges because you will be issued a return number.

Haitian-porn.com is not responsible for lost returns if you decide to use a different shipping method other than what we provide you. If you experienced any technical difficulties using our return system, you MUST send an e-mail to kreyolmedia@gmail.com on or before your last return date for us to honor your return request. For merchandise purchased from one of our vendors, please contact the store directly.

Exchanges

We can exchange for different size of the same style. Return Merchandise using our return system. Return policy applies.

Refunds

• Please allow 3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credit, and 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
• All shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We can only refund the original credit card used on the order.
• You have 14 calendar days to receive a credit on price difference. For example, you purchase on March 01, and the prices changed on or before March 15, then you are entitled to the difference in the form of gift certificate only. This can only be redeemed online at www.tulle4us.com. Does not apply during our black friday promotion.

This and other policy on this page is not negotiable. Please do not put our staff in the difficult position of making an exception. We value all of our customers and strive to treat each and everyone of you in the same consistent manner. We do not offer preferential treatment to any customer for any reason, because that would not be fair to everyone else.
